How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check the status of your delivery anytime.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipping. After your order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed.
How do I enter a gift card or discount code?
You can enter your code at checkout in the discount/gift card field before completing payment.
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and additional payment methods shown at checkout.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
Some items may be restocked, but limited releases will not. Subscribe to our newsletter to get updates.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What are the refund guidelines?
Returns are accepted within 14 of delivery if items are unused and in original condition.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
What is the returns address?
Please use the return portal or contact our support team for the exact return address.
What if the product is wrong, damaged or defective?
Contact our customer service with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
SHIPPING
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
My order was not fully delivered.
Sometimes items are shipped separately. Check your tracking information or contact us for support.
My shipment tracking says "shipment was announced electronically".
This means the label has been created and your package is awaiting pickup by the carrier.
My shipment tracking status is not updating.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days. If it does not update after that, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
