You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors.
Please always keep your return receipt/tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
How to Return

Register your return
Contact our support team at support@dstrktclo.com with your Order Number and the items you want to return. We will send you the correct return instructions and address. -
Prepare your items

Pack the items securely in the original packaging

Attach all original tags and labels

Make sure the items are unworn and in resellable condition

Ship the package

Use a tracked shipping service of your choice

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless we delivered a faulty/wrong item)

Clearly mark the shipment as “Return” if you are sending from outside the EU to avoid customs issues

Refund / Exchange

Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund within 10–15 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges are possible depending on stock – email us before sending back

Final sale items (marked as such), underwear, socks, swimwear, face masks, and custom products cannot be returned.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. In this case, we cover the return shipping cost.

Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.
